Pricing

All pricing shown on our website or within our printed material is indicative only and subject to change without notice. All prices shown are inclusive of GST. Pricing is based on standard specifications and does not include optional items that may be depicted in plans, photos or other visual representations. Pricing excludes floor coverings, window treatments, light fittings, drainage and utility connections. Our Sales Consultants can provide more information, indicative pricing or a more formal quotation.

25-Year Structural Guarantee

Client Referral Incentive

Longridge Group is pleased to offer a $500 referral incentive to valued past and current clients who successfully refer family members or friends to build with us.

Eligibility for the referral incentive is subject to both the referrer’s build and the referred build proceeding to the construction stage.

To ensure clarity:

Referrals must be submitted prior to the referred party signing their building contract.
A maximum of one referral incentive will be paid per referred build.
In the event of any dispute, it is to be resolved by the party being referred.

All referrals will be formally acknowledged in writing on the provided Referral Incentive card, to be signed by both the referring client and the referred party.
