Yes – our projects are built on site at your existing property, whether it’s a standalone granny flat or an extension that links to your home. Please note that we’ll need safe and practical access to your yard during construction to complete the build.

Every Atlas Living project comes with a full standard specification, including engineered and certified footings, insulated timber framing, external cladding and roofing, quality internal finishes, kitchen and bathroom fittings, windows and doors with locks and screens, tiling to wet areas, and electrical and plumbing provisions. We also include council applications, insurance during construction and a 25-year structural warranty for peace of mind. Optional extras are available to personalise your design.
Yes, all Atlas Living designs are compliant with the latest National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant South Australian building regulations, including recent updates introduced in October 2024.
